Abroad error.. But not abroad

Hello! Please help me. My spotify won't log on saying I can't use it abroad for more than 14 days, however I am not abroad and I'm a premium user. Any advice will be much appreciated!!! Thanks, Jess

 I've been a premium member for a couple of months now and now it's coming up with the 'Login failed. You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days' message. No idea what this means as I haven't left the country. Please help!

@Kiwi_bird - You definitely shouldn't see that error on a Premium account. Is your account still showing as Premium here?

I have this problem too and can't login anywhere.

Have you guys checked that you aren't using any VPN software such as Betternet? This creates a proxy so your phone thinks it's in another country when it's not. If you do, simply go into your phone's settings and turn your VPN off 🙂
