Add to Up Next Playlist keeps erasing itself iPhone 6splus

I have Spotify Premium & an iPhone 6sPlus Version 9.3.3. Every time regardless of version, & after taking troubleshooting steps, after making an "Add to Up Next Playlist" of my songs on a playlist, Spotify will erase the songs that were added to play up next. 99+ songs or any amount of songs. The app is never closed or logged out of. It won't remain the top window 100% of the time but that's not when this occurs - it just randomly occurs, sometimes after days, weeks, unpredictably just deletes everything I added to play up next. Why is this happening? There's no existing question on this topic.... And it constantly occurs, much to my frustration. Thank you!

I would try to delete spotify, then re-download it, then turn my phone off and back on. After that just open Spotify up, log in, and test it.
