Adding Cover Art to Synced Files

I was successfully able to sync some local files from my mac to my phone, but many songs are missing cover art. The cover art is there on my mac, but not my phone. How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

Try by adding the cover artwork in iTunes first, then transfer the songs into Spotify through local files and download the songs offline. You have to wait a few minutes for it to work.
