Adding music to library by playing songs

Hello,

I listen to Spotify pretty regularly on my iPhone. I listen to a variety of different music that I usually find by searching for the artist/song using the search function. Typically I don't create playlists or add music general library. I was wondering, is there any way that I can add individual tracks to a general library/playlist simply by listening to/playing the song? For example, if I search for "Clancy Brothers" and I start playing "Mountain Dew," is there a way to automatically add the song "Mountain Dew" to a preset playlist? I'm basically looking to simplify the playlist creation method by automatically adding music to a general music library. Has anyone tried this before?
