Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, it might be worth checking if you logged in to the correct Premium account. To do this, you can follow these steps from your mobile device:

1. Go to Home.
2. Go to Settings.
3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any) and the plan you're in. If it's free, you'll see it at the top as well.

If you checked and noticed you're logged in to a Premium account, would you mind sending us a video recording of the described behavior? You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public so we can watch it.

Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
