Album missing on iPhone - can play it on www

Hi all,

What do you do when an album ("Fear of Fours" by Lamb) is present on www but cannot play (I can see the album but the songs are disabled) on iPhone?

Hey @mb55 there are a couple of things that could cause your problem. The first is that you are not a premium member which would mean you must shuffle play an album and individual songs are greyed out on mobile. Also, you could have no internet connection on your mobile device. Let me know what happens when you check these things out, and if you still need help, I am glad to help!

Thanks for your reply. I am premium member and I have an internet connection - I can play any other song, but all the songs in that specific album are written in dark gray and when I press a song it says: Song Unavailable.

Tried to find it again on the web player - but now it's no longer there... strange.

Yes, that's the one, but on my iPhone app the songs are in dark gray and not playable.

Maybe it's a question of regional permissions -  I'm in Denmark.

That must be it…I see no other reason it would do that.
