Album restricted to playback on mobile?

Hi all,

Is it possible that an album is restricted to be played at a mobile app? I'd like to listen to the Rio 2 Soundtrack album ( but it doesn't playback on my Android app.

Desktop app will play all songs, but I can't figure out why my mobile app won't. No message is displayed saying it's copyrighted for mobile.

The fact that "Offline" won't work on both devices is obvious a copyright issue, although it doesn't say that as well.

Hope anyone can help me out here, or at least can clarify things.
