Ads on Premium?!

Why?! I got this today for the first. Two ads back to back. This is not what I signed up for. Anyone else seen these? I will check on my laptop tomorrow to see if it is isolated to iOS only.

New iPhone. Will my offline files roam to the new device?

I had some offline songs and my iPhone died. I got another one and was wondering if these files will roam back down to the new phone of if I have to go and find all the songs again and make available offline?. I didn't have any playlists. Thanks,
