Album won't play or save offline

Hi,

I recently saved the new Kendrick Lamar album and listened for 2 days with no problems. Then, this morning, it wouldn't stream any songs (either on wifi or 4G). I checked other albums which played without any issue. Sometimes it will play the first couple of seconds of a song but then skips to the next song.

I then tried to save it offline and instead of the green or grey arrow beside each song, it showed a red arrow. I have never seen this before nor could I find anything on the net about it.

My connection is fine as other songs will play and save offline. It just appears to be this one album.

I have logged out, reinstalled app and rebooted iPhone but nothing is helping.

Can anyone suggest what is wrong and/or how to resolve?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. I have no idea what the red arrow means and I have been using the app for four years
