My Question or Issue

I added hundreds of favorite albums on my library from desktop version,

and all of them showed up on my iPhone app successfully,

but only 4 of them showed up on my iPad app.

So I went to the album and it showed that I've already added the album,

I have to cancel and add again then it will show up on my library,

but it's too many of them and I really don't want to do this again.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

P.S. The playlist and artists don't have this problem.

P.S.2 My English is not very well and sorry about that.

Hey there @jc3113!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try logging out > restarting your iPad > logging back in to see if that makes any difference for you?

If you still experience this, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app on the iPad with the steps here to make sure all old cached files are removed and not causing any issues.

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.

We'll be on the lookout for your update. Give us a shout if you have any further questions.
