All songs song muffled/extremely low quality?

The thing is I know it's not the song because I can play them on my computer just fine and they sound great. They aren't offline tracks either, and even if they are they sound low as well. And if I change the sound quality they soun the same as well.

Is there anyway to fix this? This is the only way I listen to my music so it's causing a large issue. Also I know it's not my headphones cause youtube/iTunes sounds fine.

I have this same issue 

everyone keeps giving me the run around, but music sounds terrible on spotify.
