I have an iPhone 5, app version 1.4.1, premium account.
Certain songs will play just fine(ie, songs on main welcome screen), but when I do a search, and click a song, the app just crashes!
I have uninstalled the app, rebooted phone, installed the app, rebooted again, logged back in, same issue.
Any other thoughts??

Surprising, can you try double tapping your home button and removing all of the running apps and try again?
The crashing app issue was fixed earlier and it shouldn't happen esp for 1.4.1.
Can you head to Settings -> General -> Usage and make sure you have more than 1GB of free space on your phone for Spotify's consumption, or even more if you need to make playlists available offline.
