App crashes and sound problems on iphone

My Question or Issue

Hello everyone, is anybody having a crash problem when listening to spotify, and then go to any other app’s sound and then going back to spotify and no more sound, no more icon response and forced to reboot the app ? It pisses me off... it does it almost everytime.
