App keeps crashing when I sign in with my account on my iOS (tested on iPhone and iPad)

App keeps crashing when I try to sign in to my account. For some reason, it is only on this one pariticular account. I tried another account of mine, and it signed in smoothly.

I have "Sign[ed] Out Everywhere" and the problem still exists. I have re-installed Spotify and the problem still exists. I have re-installed with a hard reset and the problem still exists.

I have no issues with the Desktop App / Web Brower Versions.

Please, any help will be greatly appreicated!

If it's only happening with a certain account,

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at the account help you

You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
