App not working for past months

Hi there,


What is going on lately with the App, not only for iOS, but also for android and mac desktop. The past few months it's a lotery every time I open it, it might work, it might not. It opens, but in never loads.


I've tried restarting the app, restarting the device, re-installing the app but nothing makes a difference. If this doesn't get fixed, I am going to have to go to a different streaming service, which I really don't want to, but half the times I want to listen to music, it's a 10 to 15 minute battle to turn the music on.

Likewise, my Mac Desktop application is entirely nonfunctioning and has gotten progressively worse over the last year.
