App skipping tracks on Mac, iPhone and Web Player

Hi guys,

I'm having an issue with my Spotify account skipping tracks after around 40 seconds, although it varies a lot. It skips to new random tracks that I don't recognise at all, they aren't on my playlist. I'm having the problem with my account across all my devices, including my Macbook Air, iPhone X and the Web Player on Chrome. I'd really appreciate some help as the app is essentially unusable at the moment.

I've tried the following:
> Reinstalling and restarting my device
> Turning off the crossfade/autoplay settings
> Clearing the cache associated with the app on my Mac

Any other suggestions would be really appreciated.
