App starts downloading from zero every time I open

Hi there each time I open Spotify the app starts downloading all my chosen songs from zero as if they were never before downloaded. It seems this can't be valid but I'd like to know if anyone else has this experience?

I have the same problem one day, it's because memory of my phone, I deleted some apps, them, everything works again. check your memory space on your phone.
