App will show nothing but logo

The app for IOS will not let me navigate anywhere and is just showing the spotify logo shown in the picture. obviously a glitch. please fix soon. the pregame is hurting

Could you let us know:

• Does this also happen over WiFi?
• Do you have Mobile Data enabled for Spotify?
• What iPhone model and iOS version are you running?
• When did you notice this happening (was it after an update or log out)?
• Have you tried a clean reinstallation to ensure that you're on the latest app version?
