App won't load anything in search, and won't load artists profiles

My Question or Issue

Hey now! I've had very few issues with the Spotify IOS app until last week. Now I am unable to load any artists information after searching - however that seems intermittent. Some artists will load but others will not. Some times nothing will load once I search an artist. 

Albums that are on my home page will load and play but it takes longer than usual. 

Hopefully a couple of these attached screenshots will better illustrate where I'm at. I have reinstalled, cleared the cache, offloaded the app and then uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and out, etc. I've followed multiple guides in these forums for what I stated above and none of it seems to help!

Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome to the forum!

It's great that you've already gone over the mentioned troubleshooting steps and it helps us with investigating this behavior. 

Could you let us know if you noticed when this behavior started happening for the first time (was it after an update for example or did you change any settings on your device)? It would be helpful if you could test with a different network connection if you've not already done so, in case this is what's causing the loading issue. 

Something else that comes to mind is to ask a relative or a friend to log in to their account on your iPhone and let us know if the same behavior persists for them. 

Lastly, could you resend the screenshots so we can take a look? You should be able to attach them via the Insert Image option in the post editor.
