Audio suddenly is crappy when connected Bluetooth to car

I always connected to the car via Bluetooth and listen to Spotify and have never had the horrible sound quality for the past 3 days I’ve tried all the sound settings but nothing’s changed. The song quality is so terrible i can’t listen to it at all it sounds like the bass is all the way up and it’s not. It’s not on in the car or the app

Can you let me know if, when you play something from any other app connected to Bluetooth, you get the same quality? Also, have you tried connecting a different device to the car via Bluetooth to see if the issue happens there too?

If it only happens with Spotify, could you try reinstalling the app to see if that helps?
