My Question or Issue
After searching a song on the search bar and playing it, spotify used to auto play similar songs of similar genre. It seemed to have stopped working. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Restarting my phone and cleaning the cache. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
Hey @Pry92, welcome to the Community.
Hope you're doing great!
Could you check if Autoplay is on in Settings > Playback?
Also, make sure to have the latest versions of iOS and Spotify installed.
Thanks 🙂
Hey @Pry92,
Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline Devices from your Spotify account page?
Try a quick clean reinstall of the app one more time now. Just follow these steps.
If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
I'll see what I can suggest next!
Hi,
I tried all the above suggestion. The issue still seems to persist.
I am using iOS 13.2.
spotify version - 8.5.29.960
thanks!
