Autoplay not working on MAC and IOS when enabled

I'ts not working on both devices. Tried reinstaling the app/ turning it on and of again. Problem both on wifi and 4G. Repeat option not on.

Does the music just stop playing when your playlist/queue ends?

Yes, otherwhise autoplay would work 🙂

Hope you're doing great!

Does this happen only in particular places (like only in a few playlists for example) or is always like that?

 

Also, could you try updating to iOS 12.4.1 and macOS Mojave 10.14.6 if you haven't already.
