Availability of songs for a specific country (My Immortal)

For some reason, my iPad is not able to access the studio version of Evanescence's album Fallen specifically Wake me up and My immortal.
I have searched for a few solution but it said that it might not be able to play it in my country, the Philippines. I thought it would get fixed because I was able to play it before but it still hasn't been working or not shown. This led me to an inference that more songs (around 2000's) might not be available for listening. I just wanted to address the availability of some songs as my main point

It could be that the albums are no longer available in your country.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.
