Being charged more than once.

Hi. I am being charged more than once a month for different spotify accounts. I need to speak with someone because its possible I used it for another account but forgot the log in. How can I get them to stop charging my card?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours.
