My Question or Issue

I have a Bose SoundTouch which I can control from my iPhone or iPad using its SoundTouch app. Whenever I select a song, it just stays on the blue screen and nothing happens. No sounds, no information of the song or artist. Just blue.

Can you try the following:

  • Perform a quick reinstall and restart both devices
  • Make sure the Spotify version and device firmware are up to date
  • Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network
  • Try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference

the problem turned out to be the spotify account. I deleted the account. shut down the app completely. restarted the mobile. opened the app and added the account again. Now it works as it should.
