Bug Report: iOS 5 incorrect interaction of locked play feature and Spotify application

Bug Report: iOS 5 incorrect interaction of locked play feature and Spotify application

When using the locked front panel controls to control spotify, Spotify fails to properly synconize track playback position when the application is re-launched.

To recreate:

1. Create a 5 minute playable file (MP3).

2. Create a playlist that contains this file on a PC in Spotify and ensure it syncs to the server.

3. Place the iOS device on the same network as the PC that the playlist was created from.

3. Open Spotify on the iOS device, and syncronize the newly created playlist, which will transfer the file from the PC to the IOS device.

4. From the Spotify application, begin playing the track, play it for aproximetly one minute, then while the track is playing, lock the iOS device.

5. Double click the Home button on the iOS device, which will bring up the locked playback controls.

6. Pause, and then unpause the playback, and lock the device.

7. Allow playback to continue for one minute.

8. Double click home button on the iOS device, which will bring up the locked playback controls.

9. Pause the playback.

10. Unlock the iOS device, and open the spotify application.

11. For a moment, the Spotify application will show the correct playback position, but then will jump back to the time that was playing at the time the Spotify application was first paused via the locked playback controls (aproximetly 1 minute).

The correct behavor would be to not revert the playback position in this case, and allow playback to continue from the last position used from the locked playback controls.
