While listening to my "star" playlist on Spotify, the playback stopped and I got the message: "Spotify stopped because this account is being used by someone else". Then I noticed in place of where my name appears under the playlist title it said "by (10 digit #)" What is that? The fone # of the person playing my track? the track is set to public.

That message will appear if someone else is logged into your account, and no phone numbers are appearing.
You should change your password and post in the thread in accounts to get yourself logged out of all devices.

so what is that 10 digit number that indicates who it's being used by? Just random?
That would be your Spotify username (which would be a number if you made your account with facebook).
