Can Not download Spotify from APP STORE on my iPhone

Hi, Recently went to use sportify and noticed it had disappeared from my Iphone .  I uninstalled, tried to reinstall but I am unable to complete action as app store will not let me open Spotify to complete download !!

I tried to reinstall by going via my computer syncing and this did not work either . I have reset my phone, I noticed on community supoort this had happened to others as well.  I tried their suggested solutions that worked for them and these have not worked either

I have not be able to find a solution for over 3 weeks now and its starting to freak me out !!

Which iPhone do you have and what version of iOS does it have?

Thanks problem solved - a friend came over and saw that app restrictions was turned on y phone for 9yrs  +
