Can Only Go Online with WiFi. Offline with Cellular Data.

Description:

• Spotify will not connect/go online over cellular data. 
• Connects immediately without a problem of WiFi. 
• All other data-intensive/streaming apps work fine (Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)

To Reproduce:

1. Turn off WiFi and use cellular data. 
2. Open Spotify and go to "Browse"
3. It says "You're Offline"

Workaround:

• Use Wi-Fi only.
• Can only play offline songs.

Additional information:

•  I have a Premium subscription

It would appear that somehow Spotify was turned off in Apps that can use cellular data. Anyone have guesses as to how this happened?
