Can't Figure Out How to Switch Back to Phone From Computer After Accidentally Answering Prompt

When I start playing Spotify in my car after listening on my computer it prompts me to switch to my phone.. most of the time i accidentally select my computer which is the default option for some reason (if I'm opening it on my phone don't you think it would be intuitive to have the phone as the default selection?). Anyway I always accidentally select computer and then have to close and restart the app. Can't seem to figure out if there's a way to switch to phone without restarting app. Also switch the default option plz Spotify!
