Can’t Listen to some Music

Even they are not gray, I cannot play these songs

I am trying to play these songs, i’ve found them but i cant listen to them, why???

When you try to play them, do you get any error messages?

What device are you using? Have you tried playing them on another device?

I am using an Iphone, and no there is no error message, it only dont play the song but the other ones in the same disc it does!

Yes, i already tried to play the song in other device, I even unistall the app and still the same thing with theses songs

Hey @IvanRent, 

Please remove all offline devices from your account page Spotify.com/account . 

Then restart the device, and try again. If it doesn't work, please send me the URI of the song, device model/OS, and Spotify version, and also more info on how the error occurs (screen recording, does it play with no sound? etc.).
