Problema de Idioma con la barra de Spotify

Hola amigos, lo que pasa es que spotify me sale en español, exepto la barra de arriba, la que dice (file,edit,view,playback y help) Espero que me puedan ayudar para cambiarla de idioma a español, de antemano gracias.

Albums aren’t showing when searching, just playlists?

Not sure what happened, but when I search for an artist it just shows the playlists? Also when I try search and go into the album songs this appears:iOS 12.2Spotify Premium through Starbucks.
