Can't access -Settings- on iPhone 4S

Since early this week when the update for iOS was released I now can't access my settings within the spotify app on my 4S. This means I can't use the play offline mode. The setting is there but since the update the currently playing or next up is minimised at the bottom of the screen blocking access to access the settings option! I don't want to go down the line of going into the main iphone setting and turning off the data option as I'd like to be able to access email etc while listening to my music offline!! Please help...

hey,
plz restart the app with double click the home button and close it. maybe a simple restart by holding home and lock button together for a few seconds can help too. if all this will not work remove the app and try a new installation.

Thanks for that suggestion but I've tried all the above and still the currently playing bar is active continuously and obscuring my settings. I looked more closely a little while ago and the settings is just peeking above the currently playing bar, and so if you are very careful you can just about get it working, but this can be v frustrating as you more often than not hit the wrong icon! Is it that it's optimised for a longer screen? ie iPhone 5. It a pain, this bar would dissapear when not playing music before the update and so enabling the settings icon to be pressed...

As you can see settings is under the currently playing bar which is on continuously..

You can see about half of the button on mine. Before escalating this can you let us know:
- Which model of iPhone
- iOS version
- Spotify version

Spotify: 0.9.3.212

Hi @PaulOS I know you've tried a hard reset by holding Home + Power but have you done a full clean reinstallation already?

Hi Meredith, thanks for getting back, yes I have done a full delete and reinstall of the app (which is kind of annoying as I loose all my downloaded music) with the same results!

Thanks @PaulOS Is it zoomed in a bit on any other screens? How about your playlists or using any other apps?

Meredith, it's the same with all sections of the app. My problem is, if you look at the screenshot I posted at the start of the thread, the -currently playing bar- when in hide mode is on constantly whether playing or paused which is great as you can just resume when you come back to listen after a pause! However, When I pan up on the screen the -settings- option becomes visible but when I let go it retreats back down behind the minimised -currently playing bar- and therefore not allowing me easily access settings option!

Glad to have found this, I have the same issue on 4S as well. I've closed and restarted, same issue.

I as well am unable to reach the settings menu on my Iphone 4s.  I would appreciate a fix for this please.
