Can't deactivate premium

Can't deactivate premium

So this might not be the right place to post this but I cannot find anywhere else to call and talk to someone for support.

 

I bought my cousin a premium account for her birthday, but long story short she's in a bit of trouble and won't be needing it for awhile. I would like to cancel it but she can't remember her log in information and I don't know how to access it, emails aren't working to reset passwords and I don't want this exra charge out of my account every month.  I'm wondering if there's a way to search for my card number to cancel this?

I think the best way is to contact the Spotify Consumer team.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey, I know you posted this months ago, but I'm having the same issue and was wondering if or how you solved it? I think it's ridiculous that I can't search for subscriptions under my card number.
