Can't delete playlist in iOS app

I have an iPhone 5 and iOS 6.1 with the newest spotify app. 

As you can see in the picture i get this weird one and a half remove icon badge. If i click on it, spotify app force closes.

How can i remove the playlist?

I too have this issue. There have been responses on the Android forum by Spotify staff but there don't seem to have been any here.

I can't delete a playlist on my iOS app.  The playlist had a single Queen song in it.  It was playing at the time but it didn't delete after it was playing either.  I eventually deleted it using the Linux desktop app.
