Can't download playlists anymore

Description

i can't download playlists to my iPhone or iPad anymore for a few days now.

the grey arrow for downloading appears but it doesn't start downloading.

it doesn't matter which playlist.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps

1. I did all the trouble shooting steps: clearing safari cache and history, uninstall spotify, reboot, reinstall. Still nothing

2. my friend logged in with his account and downloading works on my devices.

3. when the playlist is supposed to sync and I stream a song from this playlist, this song shows up as green 'arrow' in my playlist and I can listen to it offline. 

What I expected to happen

 It should download. Not even the 'running circle' appears to show that it is doing something

Ich habe einen Premium Account und habe seit dem ständig Probleme. Ich bekomme ständig angeziegt "Es ist ein Problem mit dem Spotify Server aufgetreten". Ich kann nichts syncronisieren. Hat jemand vielleicht das selbe Problem. Spotify hat einfach zu viele technische mängel um einen Premium account zu bezahlen....

I don't know if you guys have changed anything but suddenly it works again!

I've got exactly the same problem. Upgraded to Spotify Premium in order to sync my new ipod with spotify, but i cant "download" anything due to problems as described above. 

Any idea how to fix the problem?
