Can't download some songs from local files!

I previously bought Lemonade on Itunes and wanted to listen to it on Spotify. I tried adding it from my local files to one of my playlists and some of the songs I can play whereas some of them I cannot.

Both my phone and laptop are connected to the same network.

How do I fix it so that I can listen to and add these songs to my music library?

FYI this isn't just an issue with the Lemonade album I also cannot download other songs from my local files.
