Can't login after changing phone.

Can't login after changing phone.

I've changed my I phone and tried login back into Spotify but it keeps telling me it's fIled. So have done a password reset still failing. Have emailed support but nothing from them. They are taking payments though. Not happy

A change of phone should not have done anything to your account. It looks like you'll have to wait for a reply from Spotify.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? In them, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
