Can't login on iPad Pro

Hi, desktop / mobile android user here. 

Got an iPad some time ago, decided to connect spotify there also. Have problems with login, in italian language it says :

Login non riuscito

Hai già creato un account con questo indirizzo e-mail

...translated

Can't login

You've already created an account with provided email address

Seems a registration error message. Actually I'm not trying to register, I'm clicking on the button "Login" ("Accedi"). Checked 5 times my login information, it's correct. Connected on chrome/safari app to be sure Email/Passw weren't wrong.

Some suggestions to solve the issue?

Please log in using your username and password instead of your email address and password.
