Can't login

I have internet connection but I can't login in the iPhone App. I type in the username and passwort, then i loads with the "three points" infinity.
What can I do that i works?

Please try a hard reboot of your phone by pressing and holding the front and lock buttons together until the apple logo appears on the screen.

Same problem, tried several steps already:

1. restarted the app
2. hard reboot of the device
3. deleted the app and installed fresh 

nothing helped. I use the app on iPhone and iPad, exactly the same problem with both - but Windows Desktop still ok.

It worked with Wifi but not with my mobile data. What can I do that it works with mobile data?
