Can't play any songs offline if playlist is only partially downloaded (new bug).

When a playlist is set to 'available offline' but not all songs are downloaded then trying to access the playlist when no internet is available (airplane, abroad) does give 'not availably offline' warning and is not accessible, this is a new bug because the downloaded songs were always playable offline and the ones not downloaded were just greyed out.

This is very frustrating when a playlist is updated often, set to offline, all tracks downloaded, then at the airport listening to spotify over mobile internet the playlist updated with a new song which is then not downloaded because not on wifi, hence the whole playlist becomes immediatly unaccesibe offline.
