Can’t scroll song forward/backwards using the song progress bar.

Can’t scroll song forward/backwards using the song progress bar. Shuffle icon is also missing from the app. I’m using iphone 12 and 16.1.1 ios. App version 8.7.82.107. Tried everything from restarting to hard resting phone but nothing worked. Please help.
