Cannot Sync Local Files in Playlist to my iPhone

I have local (file) music in a playlist on my Mac. I have the playlist set as "Available Offline". Have both my iPhone and Mac on the same WiFi network. But the local files will not play on my iPhone. The playlist is there on my iPhone and the local files are in there, but the local files are all grayed out and it prompts me with the "Song Not Synced" prompt/message whenever I try to play it. I have tried all the suggestions in the Help section, nothing appears to be working. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance. 🙂

Hi, I had the same problem.

But it seemed that my firewall was the problem. When I turned it off is started syncing right away.

I hope this helps.
