Cannot add albums to play offline

Hello,

I've been using Spotify for some time and have added a bunch of albums/playlists to my offline collection on my iPhone. Recently, this has stopped working. I open an album, hit the toggle for Offline, and nothing ever changes. No songs are downloaded/etc.

I removed my device from my offline devices, logged out/in, then re-added it and it synced my songs: 270. So nowhere near the 3333 limit.

What am I doing wrong?!

You should try an app uninstall / reinstall:

https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

The offline playlists should resync once reinstalled.
