For the past years I shared a premium Spotify account with my boyfriend on my Iphone (Facebook account). Everything worked well.
I recently bought a new Iphone and now the Spotify app only can connect through my Facebook account (free account). I cannot change this and have tried every tutorial to disconnect from my own Facebook profile - on mobile and desktop. I also deleted the app on my phone and downloaded it again but it seems that Icloud remembers the previous settings. Someone ever had this problem as well and knows how to fix this? Thanks!
All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours.
