Cannot play Spotify anymore in my Honda Civic after iOS6 update

Hey all, my Honda Civic used to play Spotify flawlessly through the USB cable in my Honda but now when I plug it in it says no song and refuses to play Spotify. Any fix for this?

Hi. I got the same problem. I have an iPhone 4 and a 2009 Civic with Navi.

The last version that works is the 0.4.17. 

All next updates don't works.

I hope that Spotify would do something.

Or i go back to Deezer.
