Cannot play any music after change country

To start off, I'm a free user. I just moved to Taiwan from the US. After 14 days, I get locked out with a "Wrong Country" error, so I changed the country settings in my profile.

Now, I cannot play any songs at all on my iPhone. Every time I press "Shuffle Play", Spotify displays a bar that it is playing a song for a second, then the bar goes blank but remains visible at the bottom.

I tried deleting, reinstalling, and even creating a new account to no avail. I tried resetting to cache as well through the Battery Monitor app. What's possibly wrong here?
