Cannot start spotify app on i-phone and i pad when my wifi is operational

For some weeks I've an issue to start the spotify apps on our i-phones and i-pads when the wifi is on.  As soon as I click to open the app after a few seconds it automatically goes back to the main screen of the i-phone and or i-pad.  Is there somebody who can help me to fix this?  Thanks already for your help. regards BD

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Have you tried to reinstall the app or reset your router? This might help. Let me know if you're still having problems!
