Canot log into Ipad app

Canot log into Ipad app

i'm a premisum member and i cannot log into my ipad app.  it tells me it cannot merge with my facebook account.  I have a user id and also a password.  I cant even log in using my facebook because there is no option to do this.

I have a premium package and I'm having issues with the ipad app. I tried logging on thru the facebook as well as the spotify option and it just rejects the attempts. 😞

I too am having a similar problem.  I am logging in to my iPad through my Spotify Login (not facebook) and I get the error message:  

 

Login Failed

Could not loin to Spotify.  Maybe you've changed or misspelled the password?

 

I tried a few times and even changed the password on my laptop to see if that would do the trick with no luck.  I am a Premium member.

Hi glamgram - I can confirm everything's alright on our end. You're using your 'glamgram' username and not your email address right?

 

Please try a quick clean reinstallation if you haven't already.

Hi..I also cannot log in to my spotify account on my ipad.  I don't use facebook but it keeps rejecting all my attempts using my spotify account details.  And yes my username and password is correct.  Please help..thank you.

I can't log in thru Facebook on my ipad either. It says the accounts can't merge.

Spotify are aware of this issue (which is happening to a lot of people) and are looking into it.

I am also having an issue logging in with the iPad. I just created a premium account today and when I go to use Spotify on the iPad, I have tried entering in through facebook and with the login and password for Spotify. It just goes from the login screen and tells me that there is an error in my network connection. The wireless is working, so I don't understand why I cannot connect.

Would you be able to provide the exact error message?

I cant log in On Android app. Says logging in then times out

I've uninstalled app. Reinstalled

I nannot log in my Ipad I have a Premium account

I did not log out and I found the request to log in , I verified my password and it is correct i followed suggestion to re install the App and to change internet provider  .... No changes
