Cant connect on wifi

When im not on my wifi my iphone connect without any problems but on my wifi it will not connect, i have tryed uninstall the app, restart reinstall the app, but that dont change any thing, my phone is on ios 10.2

I have similar experinces.
While on cellular network the "connecting"-phase lasts for a second or two, but when I'm connected to wifi at home it's usually appr. 20-30 seconds. And I have tried everything... I have a 100mbps fiber connection and modern router. All other online services work like a charm. But something is off with Spotify and this endless Connecting.
